The staff was helpful and kind. They were very attentive. One day some drinks spilled on my jacket and a staff member did a quick wash to clean it. This was a wonderful help. The location is central, within a popular area.

i found the room very clean. it had an updated design too. the location was super close to alfama. i liked that there was a mini fridge and netflix.
the electronic door openings presented some challenges. my flight arrived late, and the codes didn't work well. i had to call for help in the middle of the night.
